Hospitality Equipment Packages

Opening a venue means buying a kitchen, a bar, a cool room and a front-of-house fitout at the same time, from suppliers who have never spoken to each other. Liteco Hospitality packages hospitality equipment into one specification, one quote and one delivery programme — so the site is ready on the date the lease starts costing you money.

What a package includes

A package is the whole opening list, coordinated: kitchen, bar, refrigeration, warewashing, ventilation, furniture and the small equipment that always gets forgotten until the week before opening.

  • Kitchen equipment — cooking, prep, warewashing and refrigeration
  • Bar and beverage equipment with joinery coordination
  • Exhaust, ventilation and cold room provision
  • Front-of-house furniture and selected FF&E
  • Smallwares and opening OS&E list

One schedule instead of six suppliers

Every package starts with a single equipment schedule that references your floor plan and services. That schedule becomes the quote, the delivery plan and the handover document. When one supplier runs late, the schedule shows immediately what it blocks — rather than being discovered by the installer on the day.

Staged delivery and install

We stage delivery to the construction programme: long-lead imported items ordered first and held if needed, heavy items delivered when access is available, and commissioning sequenced before staff training. For multi-site groups, we standardise the package across venues so procurement, spares and training are repeatable.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in a hospitality equipment package?

Typically kitchen equipment, bar equipment, refrigeration and cold rooms, ventilation, selected furniture and the opening smallwares list — specified on one schedule with one quote and a staged delivery plan.

Is a package cheaper than buying item by item?

Usually, because consolidated freight, one install mobilisation and one specification process remove duplicated cost. The bigger saving is programme risk — fewer suppliers means fewer gaps on opening day.

Can I start with part of a package?

Yes. Many venues begin with the kitchen and bar and add front-of-house later. We design services capacity for the final scope so later additions do not require rework.

Do you supply packages outside Sydney?

Yes — across NSW and Australia, with delivery staging and install coordination arranged for the project location.

How early should I order an opening package?

Ideally once drawings are locked and eight to sixteen weeks before opening, earlier for imported cooking and refrigeration equipment. Early specification protects the opening date more than any negotiation later.
